This adds the command line switch
-SkipIntroMoviesto allow skipping any and all intro movies when the game starts. This fixes #910 - but doesn't address the letter of the concern because-Ageonly works on internal clients (this switch works on all build types). This switch can be passed directly to plClient or to plUruLauncher.
